Celebrating the winners of the 2025 CMA Industry Awards
The complementary medicines sector came together in style last night for the 26th Annual CMA Industry Awards Gala Dinner, held at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
The evening brought together more than 300 industry professionals, recognising outstanding achievements across research, manufacturing, innovation, sustainability, marketing and more. It was a night to celebrate the passion, hard work and excellence driving the future of complementary medicine and natural health in Australia and around the world.
The CMA Industry Awards highlight the individuals and organisations making a lasting impact through leadership, quality and innovation.

The evening culminated in the presentation of the Lady Cilento Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising an individual who has made a sustained and significant contribution to the complementary medicines industry.
This year’s recipient, Toby Browne, was honoured for more than four decades of leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation as the Founder and Chairman of PharmaCare Laboratories. Toby’s vision has helped shape key categories within the industry — from pioneering Australia’s first TGA-approved gummy manufacturing facility, to launching market-first products and growing iconic brands such as Nature’s Way, Bioglan and Sambucol. As PharmaCare celebrates its 40th anniversary, this award recognises Toby’s lasting impact on the sector, his support for Australian manufacturing and his long-standing community contributions.
A big thank you to our sponsors for making the evening possible: major sponsor of the 2025 Industry Awards Gala Dinner, Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia, plus our welcome reception sponsor, BioGrowing Probiotics.
Congratulations to all the 2025 winners, finalists and nominees – and thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the excellence and passion that define our industry. We will share photos and more highlights from the event shortly.
